midnight whisper
caressing my ear
breezing vibrations
auditory
through and into
my soul

wake me
from a deep slumber
kissing my senses
to awaken
snapping to awareness
like the morning
sunrise

your arms
of safety net
hold and protect

my soul
as gentle as the whisper
flowing over into me
